My office’s innovative use of advanced legal technology allows me and my staff to serve my clients effectively, quickly and efficiently and has been written up nationally by the American Bar Association Journal, by Adobe Corporation, and by Lexis-Nexis. Since 1990, I have published well over one hundred book chapters and articles throughout the US and Alaska on using advanced technology to increase the effectiveness of trial lawyers. I regularly make presentations on these topics to state and national legal groups throughout the US.

Because I am selective about the cases and clients that I do accept, I am able to provide a higher level of personal contact with my clients and sufficient attention to their cases.

Although I trained and previously worked in Boston and Washington, D.C., my family and I have chosen to live in the small city environment of the Kenai Peninsula. I believe in the small town values of acting fairly and reasonably, charging fair fees, listening to my clients and being easily available to them, and in communicating honest opinions in understandable language rather than legal jargon. I maintain an informal but professional environment in my law offices in keeping with the straightforward values of our community. Both I and my family have been deeply involved as active community members for many years.
